"Tastes Good on th' Bun" is a song by Ween. Originally an outtake from the recording sessions for The Pod, it was later released in an altered form on the 2005 odds-and-ends compilation Shinola, Vol. 1.

"Tastes Good on th' Bun" was probably written sometime in 1990 and recorded sometime in late 1990 or early 1991. Prior to its release on Shinola, the song circulated as part of the Big Timmy Wasserman demo tape.
"Tastes Good on th' Bun" was played live by Ween once in 1990 and twice in 1991. It has never been played again since.[1] Gene Ween also apparently played it once at an acoustic solo show in 2009 (although it is hard to imagine what that sounded like).[2]
When asked about the song's meaning, Gene Ween said simply, "Usually it all tastes good on the bun, in my experience anyway."[3]
