While the majority of Ween songs are in common time (4/4), they have incorporated uncommon time signatures in several songs.

- Never Squeal (swung 4/4)
- Oh My Dear (Falling in Love) (drums are standard 4/4 throughout, every other line of the music has 2 extra beats, adding up to 4+4+4, 4+2+4+4)
- Strap On That Jammy Pac (very loose but is in 4/4)
- Wayne's Pet Youngin' (in 4/4, but the studio version skips a single beat 27 seconds into the song)
- Your Party (in 4/4, but the chorus has two separate measures phrased as 4+3+3+2+4)
