"Ingrown Mayo" is a song by Ween, with its first appearance being on the 1986 cassette Erica Peterson's Flaming Crib Death.

The song would later go on to reappear on The Crucial Squeegie Lip in 1987 and Prime 5 in 1988. It additionally appears on the 1985 Yucassettes multi-artist tape Yuck Cassettes Presents Guano Tape Compilation.
