Bill Fowler, some times referred to as The Reverend B. ILL, is a guitarist in the bands False Front, The Sound of Urchin, Jimmy Wilson Group and Ween's studio band for The Mollusk album[1] Bill is also a live member of Moistboyz, Dean Ween Group and has made semi-regular live appearances with members of Ween between 1994 and 2022

He is featured on Ween's track Sky Cruiser as the lead guitarist.
