Talk:Covert Discretion
--Thefakemrsmoltz (talk) 21:28, 20 December 2024 (UTC) I'm not gonna try to edit anything here anything here, but please let's not have a "Vancouver homepage". Try to stay conscious that this was someone else's private traumatic situation that got dragged very publicly, so be respectful of that and be go easy on the details. It's not like any of that info is hard to find anyway, most of it doesn't need to be re-published again here. I personally think that article quote should at least be taken down, that's my one specific suggestion. But I'll leave you guys to negotiate edits however you see fit. Be nice to each other.
Sorry charlie, i didnt mean to come off as insensitive but I know people at least vaguely know about it and are going to want to know more. I'd rather it be here than its own separate article called something like "2011 vancouver incident" because thats even worse --WeInTheUSA (talk) 21:41, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
--Thefakemrsmoltz (talk) 23:58, 20 December 2024 (UTC) You don't need to waste your time and energy defending anything, you're not being scolded or called out. These issues are gonna come up every so often, we had a pretty extensive discussion about some of this stuff a while back on the old discord server, figuring out how to frame the events of the breakup. I don't have the mental resources to hash it out on that level this time, but if you ever want to drop into the discord (or ask people for feedback on your page etc) I'm sure others will be happy to listen and be cooperative.
