Sara Pharo is a song written by Karl Weimer under the Instant Folk Death pseudonym. It was inspired by the 1989 murder of a girl by the same name. The Pine Sheep performed a rendition of this song at their June 1989 jam session which featured Scott Lowe on lead vocals and improvised lyrics about Ween being signed to TwinTone Records. This recording was later released on the New Hope Is A Bad Scene cassette compilation in the mid 1990s.
